How do I book a studio space at DMV Lux Studios?

Can I extend my booking time on the day of my session?

Yes, you can extend your booking if the space is available. Additional time will be charged at the hourly rate in 1hr increments.

 Are there any additional fees or deposits required?

A security deposit may be required for certain bookings. This deposit will be refunded after your session, pending any damages or overtime use.

Do you offer discounts for multi-day or recurring bookings?

Yes! We offer special rates for long-term and recurring clients. Contact us directly for more information.

Are the studios equipped with Security cameras and recording devices?

Yes. Security Cameras are placed thought out the whole studio for liability and check in/check out purposes.

When should I arrive for my session?

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled booking park and unload. Keep in mind access to the studio for setup and breakdown happens during your scheduled time slot. 

Is parking available at DMV Lux Studios?

Yes, there is ample parking available on-site for you and your guests.

Will someone be there to help me set up?

The studio is turn-key but sometimes a team member will be on-site to assist with any questions or concerns you may have upon arrival. However, please note that we do not offer hands-on setup services. 

What should I bring to my session?

We provide essential photography equipment, but you may want to bring your own props, cameras, or special gear. If you’re using the wellness space for workshops, consider bringing any personal materials you need.

Is parking available at DMV Lux Studios?

Yes, there is ample parking available on-site for you and your guests.

No smoking! (In case you smoke in the studio we will charge you 4 hours overtime!)

Please allow yourself time to clean up or we will charge you overtime or a $50 cleaning fee.

Using Oil, artificial snow, or any props that require extra cleaning (if you leave marks on furniture, equipment, or walls), confetti, and/or glitter bombs are subject to overtime or an extra $50 cleaning feeUsing incense is subject to overtime or an extra $50 feeYou can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio.

Furniture and decorations may be moved.

All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only.

$10 per seamless pull/color. (1 pull is 6 feet on the floor).

We can source any color from the Savage line in advance $100 for the entire roll.

Every extra person above 10 is $15 per person (Max 20).

Please be respectful to the next guests after you.  15 mins overtime means an additional 1-hour extension.

No super loud music or excessive noise.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

What is included in the Lux Studio Space?

The Deluxe Studio offers a spacious environment with professional lighting, backdrops, and props to cater to high-end photo and video shoots. It’s perfect for large productions or when you want that extra aesthetics. 

How many people can the Deluxe Studio accommodate?

This space can comfortably fit up to 20-35 people, making it ideal for group sessions, workshops, and creative collaborations.

Can I bring my own props or decorations?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own props, but please ensure that everything is removed at the end of your session to avoid additional charges.

What is the Wellness Space used for?

Our Wellness Space is designed for a variety of purposes, from yoga and meditation classes to wellness workshops and self-improvement sessions. The space is flexible, with chairs and tables available for business, photography classes, and entrepreneurship workshops.

Is the Wellness Space equipped for photography or video projects?

Yes, the Wellness Space is versatile and can be used for photography and video shoots with a calm, serene atmosphere. You may also bring additional equipment as needed.

Can I rent the Wellness Space for private events?

Absolutely! The Wellness Space is available for private events such as workshops, classes, and community gatherings.
